This is a new Hafco HM-52 manual metal knee mill converted to CNC (Computer Numericaly Controlled) The job is a 3D face cut out of soft wood. Firstly a 6mm end mill roughed out the basic shape. The video only shows the 2mm Ball end mill finishing the profile of the face. Software is Mach3, Srevo Drives are CNCTeknix Tek10′s.
