DIY CNC Router Cutting 80 tooth gear and pinion

This is a clip of my DIY CNC Router cutting an 80 tooth gear and pinion for a clock I am building. The cutter is a .125 two flute carbide endmill running at aproximately 18000 RPM. The depth of cut is .2 per pass and is running at 24 IPM. I ramped up the feed rate to 40 near the end though. Still fiddling around with the feed rate for these cutters but think 40 IPM is a good place to start.
