CNC Routers
CNC Routers can be used on a number of different materials. You will see them used on Wood, plastic and for PCB Routing Operations. These routers come in many different sizes. From small dedicated engraving routers to large-scale routers that cut 4X8 or 5X10 sheets of material.
A part of CNC Routers is the operation and tooling
used. There is V-Carving, which is used
in sign making quite a bit. V-Carving
uses a V shaped bit. There is 3D
Routing, which uses a combination of Straight and Ballnose bits. There is also just general cutting, which uses
a straight bit to remove material.
